I always like to hear from client sharing their different objectives of having a team building program. All team building programs should come with an objective and it shouldn’t be just “to have fun”, “looking for a relaxing trip”, or just “team work”. It can and should be bundled with other specific objectives, such as aligning with your organization’s core values, emphasizing on your company’s goal and direction, addressing the importance of having a high performance team, as a team communication workshop and many more.

A “Cookbook” team building program do not fit very well in today’s fast changing business. Jay Team Building has no “one size fits all” program in tackling different objectives each training program should provide. A highly customized program, debriefing method and delivery are key to determine the success of the team building program!

Question to ask yourself

  1. What are you organizations’ goal, vision, mission and core values?
  2. What leadership skills are needed to help achieve these goals?
  3. What element are still missing?
  4. How can team building program be helpful to your organization?
  5. What are the factors of consideration for the selection of a suitable team building provider? Fun? Safety? Price? Effectiveness?

So to my beloved clients, please do not hesitate to share with us about your objectives, we will definitely hear you out!
