The participants will be challenged on the communication skills. This is a game where entire team members need to communicate effectively to across the maze in a faster way with the least mistakes. Non-verbal communication is vital to ensure the entire tribe members will successfully cross the maze. This game also stresses on the importance of leadership skill and teamwork where everyone is leading and helping each other to ensure the success of the team.
The objective of this activity is to get your team through the maze by stepping on only valid squares. The team is given five minutes planning time and they must complete the assignment without verbal communication. The first time an invalid square is “discovered” (i.e stepped on), it is a learning opportunity; if the same square is stepped on a second time it is considered a mistake and a penalty system is applied
