SEACF Sport Climbing Course Level 2

Objective

This course is designed as a follow on from the Sport Climbing Course Level 1. This course builds on the top-rope skills acquired from Level One and teaches a progression into lead climbing on artificial climbing walls. Participant on this course should be confident in all the techniques covered at Level One before undertaking this more advanced course

Duration – 2 days / Group Size – 8 – 20 pax
Batu Cave (Outdoor), Putrajaya Challenge Park (Indoor)
All climbing gear & equipment will be supplied including of harness, belay device, rope, etc
Min Age – 18,  Max Weight – 100kg

 

What will you gain from Sport Climbing?

A good climber is training on stamina building, movement, balancing, forearm strength and finger gripping power. But a great climber is training on building discipline mindset, breaking through from comfort zone, sees problem as challenges and perceive fear as just a process. Climbing is much more than brings you great fitness but it’s exciting, challenging and fun!
