About the Program
The Big Picture is an activity where the participants will be divided into a few groups. They will then need to hunt the small segment of puzzle pieces throughout the session. At the end of the program, they will combine all the puzzle pieces together in becoming a huge backdrop picture that convey the messages of working together as whole one team. This shows that every role is important in order to achieve the success.
